We have used Quality Transportation since Sept 2013 and have been extremely happy with them and their commitment to us. They are very quick to respond when we reach out to reserve them. Their vehicles are well maintained and very clean. The drivers are always dressed very professionally and are very courteous to our staff and the groups they are driving. Most importantly they are ALWAYS on time. We have never had to call and check to see when they will be here because they are also at least 15 minutes early every time.
We were very lucky to find Quality Transportation and are excited to continue our partnership into 2014.

I am writing to recommend the services of Quality Transportation in Atlanta, Georgia. Our company hosted our national sales and marketing meeting in Atlanta the week of January 27, 2014 and required transportation for groups and VIPs to various events and locales.We learned about Quality Transportation at the recommendation of Mr. Leotis Watson from the Emory Conference Center and Hotel.
Quality Transportation did an excellent job at organizing appropriate transportation for each situation and assured us a professional welcome and experience from start to finish – and they absolutely delivered. The week of our corporate meeting occurred during, what is now known as, “Atlanta’s Snowpocalypse” in which all means of transportation were unexpectedly paralyzed. Quality Transportation kept in constant communication with us offering a variety of solutions to get us where we needed to be safely. Drivers were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. The Wellesley Inn Atlanta has been using Quality Transportation since July 11, 2013 and we are very impressed with the service and staff. They operate the shuttle for us from 4;00am until 2:00am seven days a week.
The drivers are very courteous and friendly; they come in the hotel and announced themselves to our guests. The drivers do not allow anyone to carry their luggage pass the threshold of the hotel when they are departing. They are just so professionally in their black and white attire. I sit in my office with the window open and as I see them leaving I say to myself, “Wow…it’s been thirty minutes already.” They arrive and depart like clockwork and their communication with the hotel and myself when there is a problem is exceptional.
I am really big on communication, especially when it concerns my guests and they actually “get it”. I have only been the General Manager for a month now and I have seen a few shuttle services operated and I can honestly say. they are far the “best” in the business and I look forward to the continued partnership that we have.
